Your intake.
Running itself.
IntakeGenius is legal intake software for small and mid-sized firms. An AI voice agent answers your calls, a built-in CRM tracks every intake, and callers book their consultation by text. We set it all up. You just practice law.

Stop losing clients between 5pm and 9am.
We answer. We qualify. We book.
Most small firms lose their best leads after hours. Calls go to voicemail. Forms sit unanswered. Follow-ups never happen. You don't have a lead problem. You have an intake leak.
Our AI agent picks up when nobody else can, runs a real intake conversation and adds each qualified intake to the built-in CRM. There's no call center behind it, and nothing for your team to install.

From first call to signed client.
Here's one after-hours call, minute by minute. Every step is set up for your firm before you log in.
- 9:41 PM
Answered
A potential client calls after hours. The AI agent picks up and runs the intake conversation. It's trained on legal intake and stays calm with distressed callers. Every call is recorded and logged.
How the AI agent works - 9:43 PM
Qualified
The agent captures the practice area, urgency and timeline, then scores the intake so your team calls the strongest ones back first.
- 9:49 PM
In IntakeCRM
When the call ends, the intake lands in IntakeCRM, the CRM built into IntakeGenius, with the caller's details and full notes. It's set up with your practice areas, and seats are unlimited, so everyone at your firm can use it.
- 9:49 PM
Booked by text
The moment the call ends, the caller gets a text with a booking link, so they pick a time while they're still engaged. Five reminders follow before the consultation.
- 9:50 PM
Ready to retain
Your team gets a full brief before the consultation. If the case is a fit, the retainer goes out for e-signature minutes after the meeting, with follow-ups until it's signed.

A calm voice for callers who aren't.
Our AI agent isn't a generic chatbot. It's trained on legal intake: what to ask, when to press for detail and how to stay steady when a caller is upset.
- No forms. Callers explain what happened in their own words, and the agent records the case details.
- Built for legal calls. It recognizes the practice area, notices urgency such as an upcoming court date and keeps track of who's involved.
- Recorded and transcribed. Every call and its transcript are saved with the intake in IntakeCRM.
Built for firms where intake decides the case.
A probate firm doesn't ask what an immigration firm asks, so each practice area gets its own intake questions. Pick yours to see how we handle its calls.

Common questions about legal intake software.
Short answers, written for firm owners and office managers.
What is legal intake software?
Legal intake software captures a prospective client's details, checks whether the case fits your firm and moves the person toward a signed retainer. It replaces voicemail, web forms nobody checks and sticky notes with one repeatable process.
A complete system covers four jobs: answering the call or message, qualifying the person, recording their details and booking the next step. IntakeGenius does all four, and can add intake staff when you want them.
How is this different from a legal CRM?
A CRM stores intakes. IntakeGenius also does the work that fills it: answering the call, running the conversation and booking the consultation. Its own CRM, IntakeCRM, comes with the CRM and Full Intake Stack plans.
Does it replace my intake staff?
No. It answers the calls nobody else can take, especially after hours, and your staff work the intakes it creates. Want another person on the team? We can place a full-time intake specialist with your firm, trained in legal intake before day one. Intake staffing
Will it work with my practice management software?
Yes, if you use MyCase or Clio. IntakeCRM integrates natively with both. Mark an intake Hired and the client and case are created there, so nobody retypes them. Use something else? If it has an API, we can build the connection. See integrations
What does it cost?
Plans start at $299 a month for the AI Voice Agent and $499 a month for the Full Intake Stack, which adds IntakeCRM and messaging. There's no setup fee, and every price is on our pricing page.
What does setup involve?
We set up the stages an intake moves through, from new lead to hired, along with your practice areas and automations. There's nothing to install.
Which practice areas do you work with?
Family law, criminal defense, immigration, estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, plaintiff-side employment and personal injury. Each one gets intake questions built for that kind of case.
If it captures one more case a month, it pays for itself.
